Managing the New Workplace: Training for Supervising the New Workforce

Employers, is it important for your supervisors to know how to manage a work environment where not everyone is the same? Differences of race, age, class, gender, religion, language and culture cannot be isolated from today’s workplace. Supervisors are the first line of employee interaction. They are responsible for creating an employee’s sense of ownership in the organization’s goals, and a sense of commitment to the company. This can be a particularly daunting challenge if the workers are foreign-born, “nontraditional” or minority, or new to the workforce.

The proven successful Success Academy curriculum has received rave reviews from the company supervisors who have taken it. References available upon request. The training is built around successfully managing employees in a diverse workplace.
